Lettering & Doodle Illustration
Lettering has always been one of my favorite forms of creative expression. It doesn’t even have to be words; just something about using everyday letters as inspiration for wacky drawings has always resonated with me. Usually this passion is reserved for personal creative endeavors, but I love being able to incorporate it into my client work whenever possible! It always brings a little something extra to the project.
SPARKS VEGAS LOCATION OFFICE MURAL
Sparks is an experiential marketing agency with locations across the US.This mural appears at the entrance to the Las Vegas office with the core ‘Code 10’ Sparks principles.
GOOGLE NEXT EXPERIENTIAL SCENIC ILLUSTRATIONS
Though not used in final production, these were by far my proudest accomplishment of the event. Taking the place of an artist Google was planning to hire, I custom created (both by hand and digitally) large scale Google and NEXT based illustrations to be used in one of the micro kitchens. Below you’ll see four large column wrap walls, and then two 11’ W x 7’ H banners. The banner that is just black and white was meant to be colored in by attendees as an activation.
ALPHA XI DELTA SORORITY REUNION EVENT SHIRT
Commissioned for a multi-generational sorority chapter reunion.
MAGENTO & EBAY CORPORATE EVENT SIGNAGE
While working at Magento, an eCommerce tech company that was owned by eBay at the time, we hosted an internal executive event for both eBay and Magento employees. These signs were used at the arrival point to welcome attendees, and to promote the free stuff being given away.

Creative booth direction alongside a 3D designer, and laying out chalkboard style graphics for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer’s exhibit at the NetSuite conference, Suiteworld.
SPARKS CORPORATE MEETING ROOM VINYLS
While working at Sparks, an experiential agency in LA, we moved buildings and needed something new and special to mark the named conference rooms. Using existing names for Los Angeles colloquialisms and slang, I was tasked with illustrating the meaning of each. Printed on vinyl and applied to meeting room window walls.
MAGENTO LETTERED TEES
In the earlier years of the Magento ‘Imagine’ conference, it was held at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. The goal was to marry ‘rock themed,’ cheesy stereotypical elements with well-designed graphics and lettering.
The last two shirts are miscellaneous designs for events like Magento sponsored developer meetups.
DIALPAD CUSTOM ZOLTAR FORTUNE CARDS
Dialpad had two booths at the Dreamforce conference that drove traffic from one to the other. The larger booth had a Zoltar machine that we were able to customize. I created a branded card back that played off the OG Zoltar design, and their fortunes went on the back.
WAVERLY ‘PAINT FOR A PURPOSE’ CONTEST
Waverly is a home brand that specializes in custom patterned fabrics, and as a charitable initiative, they launched Waverly Paint for a Purpose. PFP was a social media contest where people could submit public spaces (like community centers) for a makeover. The contest partnered with Lowes for paint, and HGTV for marketing and exposure. Voting was conducted through social media to choose the winner.
